This Summer Bargate will launch homes after researching what the millennial generation wants from a home.
After interviewing 250 people all born between 1981 and 1996, asking them what they would want from a home. Bargate discovered that the majority of them didn't need space for a kitchen and found a microwave was enough.
Of all first-time buyers, Millennials make up 66%, and they are 34% of home buyers overall. Over 66% plan to purchase a new home within the next 5 years. That's a huge generational shift in the property market.
Millennials do hours of online research to just buy a sweater, so they are naturally going to do even more research if they were buying a home. Bargate have created a perfect video to show you how they are adapting their homes for the millennial generation which will be optional on all two bedroom homes built from Summer 2019.
