Reserve a selected energy-efficient new home and move in by 31st March 2023 and Barratt Homes could contribute up to £15,000* to help towards paying your mortgage.

On the date of legal completion, based on the purchase price of the property you are purchasing, you will receive £750 for every £25,000 up to a maximum of £15,000 (subject to Terms & Conditions - see below).

Disclaimer from Barratt Homes: *For every £25,000 of the purchase price of the property (excluding extras), we will pay you £750, up to a maximum of £15,000 (e.g. if you reserve a property with a purchase price of £325,000, we will pay you £9,750. The amount is calculated as follows: (£325,000 ÷ £25,000) x £750 = £9,750). The payment, up to the maximum of £15,000 in total, will be paid as a single lump sum on legal completion occurring. Properties with a purchase price in excess of £500,000 will receive the maximum £15,000 payment. The payment of the lump sum is per property and not per named purchaser. We cannot be held liable for any lump sum payments which are delayed, go missing or do not reach the nominated bank account due to an error in the account information which is provided to us/our solicitors/conveyancers, or in the case of a banking error or for any other reason outside of our control.
