CALA Homes offers Custom Build Design in Cranleigh

In addition to the choice of custom design layouts at Amlets Place, buyers of The Brook homes will also be able to choose from three different levels of specification.  The Bronze level houses will be finished to CALA's high quality standards complete with stainless steel kitchen appliances, gas central heating, double glazed windows and recessed LED lighting to the kitchen, bathroom and en suite shower room.

Additionally the Silver level specification includes a built in wardrobe for the master bedroom, Bosch kitchen appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer and Amtico flooring to the kitchen and bathrooms.  This reflects the current market value of the house and the alternative Bronze and Gold levels will reflect the difference in costs for CALA to deliver the houses.
