It’s been a little while since we last updated you about our response to COVID-19, so I wanted to share an update on what we’re doing to ensure that everyone continues to stay safe during this pandemic.

To help protect our customers and colleagues, we have introduced some new measures in line with current government guidance.  Since we were allowed to re-open our high street offices, the measures that we put in place are still maintained and we have equipped all our teams with PPE and cleaning products to make our offices as safe as can be.  We are operating a ‘locked door policy’, so we ask you to make an appointment to visit our offices where you can, and to come wearing your face mask.

Hand sanitiser and cleaning stations are available in all our offices and we continue to have social distancing guidelines in place. When you visit our offices, please follow the legal guidance on wearing a face covering.

Where we confirm appointments for property valuations, viewings or inspections, Fine Art viewings or other client meetings, we will confirm our guidelines and reminders to you in order that you come prepared for your appointment.

I am very impressed and remain extremely proud of how our teams have adapted to operating and working within the current guidelines, and I would also like to pass on my thanks to all our clients, customers and friends for the part that you are playing in helping to keep us all as safe as possible during this time.  We are living in times that none of us have experienced before and the professionalism and willingness of everyone working together to keep us all safe is quite remarkable, so thank you for the part that you play.
