Countryside setting for a fun family life!

Finding a rural home which wasn’t too isolated was the challenge for Ben and Sarah Todd when they set out on their search for the next home for their growing family.

“When we found the house at The Pines, we loved the idea that we could get a new home but still be in the countryside,” says Sarah. “We love being able to walk the dog or to go for run in the beautiful South Downs without getting in the car! The location is beautiful with Cowdray and Petworth nearby for lovely walks. There is good access to Haslemere and Midhurst for shopping and Liphook isn’t too far for us to get to the gym.”

Layouts had been carefully designed for family life and the Todds' sons now enjoy having their own den/playroom and the top floor bedrooms with their own shower room.

“Everyone at The Pines has been very friendly, it’s a lovely community and we love that the development here is not too big” adds Sarah. “Since moving in, the children have enjoyed being able to walk out the door and get straight on their bikes, and they’re hoping to make more new friends as the community grows.”

Ben and Sarah found the buying process at The Pines straightforward and appreciated the extra support from sales negotiator Caroline Fertnig who helped keep the chain on track.
