First Owner Moves into New Martin Grant Home at Birdham

The first people to reserve a new home at The Pines were Kim Rambridge and her partner, Jason, who are now thrilled to also be the first to move into the fabulous new development in Birdham from Martin Grant Homes.

"It's been really exciting, we're delighted" said Kim, who had been renting locally for several years while looking for the perfect 'forever home' "There was just nothing quite right, it was either the wrong location, or too tiny, or there was no garage.  We saw some new homes but we didn't like the quality and they were too overlooked".
