First time buyers are often limited with the property they can afford so when Jordan Thompson and his partner, Millie Waterhouse, discovered they could buy a spacious new two bedroom home complete with carpets, underfloor heating and kitchen appliances, they jumped at the chance.

"We'd saved up our deposit while we were living at my mums and we took advantage of the Government's Help to Buy scheme which was a fairly easy process" explained Jordan.

"Millie came to see the Show House at Harbour Reach in Nyetimber while I was playing football and when I came off the pitch I saw all these missed calls telling me to come straight down.  We both liked the idea of a brand new home, somewhere which is fresh rather than second hand.  And with Crayfern Homes, they concentrate on getting the look of their homes just right.  For us, Harbour Reach just has a different feel to anything else we'd seen".
