Step 3  You agree an asking price for your old home and appoint your chosen agent.

Step 4  You pay a holding deposit to secure your new Berkeley home.

Step 5  We remove your new Berkeley home from the market for 6 weeks.

Step 6  When the sale of your old property is agreed, you complete a reservation form and your holding deposit because a reservation fee.

Step 7  When you complete on the sale of your old home, Berkeley pays your estate agent's fees (subject to terms & conditions).
