Introducing our Mental Health First Aider Team

We are pleased to make you aware of our Mental Health First Aider Team here at Henry Adams.  Comprising trained individuals from various apartments across the company, our Mental Health First Aiders are here to provide support, guidance and resources to our colleagues who may be experiencing mental health challenges.

What is a Mental Health First Aider?

Mental Health First Aiders are individuals who have undergone specialised training to offer initial support to someone experiencing a mental health issue or emotional crisis.  Our Mental Health First Aiders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide non-judgemental support and assist individuals in accessing appropriate resources or professional help if needed..

We are committed to Mental Health at Henry Adams, we recognise the importance of mental health and well-being in creating a supportive and thriving workplace environment.  By establishing a Mental Health First Aider Team, we are reaffirming our commitment to promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma and providing support to our colleagues when they need it most.
