Local Businessman Chooses Meadow View

Amongst the first people to reserve one of the popular new homes at Meadow View, Nutbourne was local businessman, Marc Goodman.

"My company, Osowarm, is connected to the building trade to an extent and I'd heard lots of very good things about the housebuilder, Pallant Homes", says Marc. "And they were right, the house has been finished to a very high standard and it's more than lived up to expectations".

Marc opted to use the Government's Help to Buy scheme and having saved hard for the last five years, he was careful to invest his money in a home for years to come. He chose a three bedroom detached house in the 'Duncton' design which stood out as soon as he saw it. "I was adamant that this was the one I wanted! I liked the fact that it has a nice presence and it's got character, far more than most generic new builds". It also has a large front garden and spacious rear garden which was laid to lawn ready for Marc to enjoy from the day he moved in.

"Pallant Homes were very accommodating to all my requests and I was very pleased how it all came together with all the flooring done, all the options I'd chosen were complete which all made settling in much easier".

Having moved from the Isle of Wight to Chichester, Marc founded his business in Nutbourne so location was very important when it came to buying his first property. "I'm less than a mile from my place of work and the location here is between the train stations of Nutbourne and Southbourne. The other good news is that it's only a ten minute walk to the Bosham Inn!"
