Nancy Templer joins our team

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nancy Templer who joins our Simply New Homes team as Senior Sales Advisor. 

Nancy will be based in Chichester, West Sussex, within the new homes headquarters of Henry Adams. She brings over five years of experience selling residential property. Most recently Nancy was a senior sales negotiator at Henry Adams’s Emsworth office where she worked for two years before transferring to their new homes team in March.

Martin Leggett, head of new homes sales at Henry Adams, said, “We’re delighted to welcome Nancy to our team. Since joining Henry Adams, she’s shown a great deal of enthusiasm and skill when it comes to putting sales together and seeing them through to exchange and completion. With her residential sales background, she will be maintainign good relations with local offices and the other specialist divisions of the Henry Adams group. I’m sure Nancy will be a valuable asset to our developer clients and will contribute to the continued success of our new homes department.”

Nancy’s main role will involve arranging and accompanying viewings of new homes, while championing the sale of new developments across the southern counties of Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire where Henry Adams operates. She will be working closely with developer clients building close relationships with their sales teams and management teams. Nancy has also taken sales responsibility for one of Henry Adams’s most exclusive developments, in Rowlands Castle, Hampshire, where she is already assisting in the launch of the show home and delivering the best service to the clients.  

“When the opportunity came up to specialise in new homes, I was keen to be involved,” said Nancy. “The sheer variety of the role, the many different types of homes we sell and the range of developments that we’re working with, from single homes to landmark developments are very exciting. I’m looking forward to meeting our many clients and helping them to achieve successful sales through Henry Adams.”
