-  Once an asking price has been agreed, we will instruct the estate agent to market the sale of your existing home for a duration of 4 weeks.

-  You pay a holding fee of £500 to secure your new home at Meadow View and we will remove the home from the market for a period of  up to 4 weeks.

-  Once the sale of your current property is agreed, you reserve your new home at Meadow View.  Your £500 holding fee is used as part of your £1,000 reservation fee.

-  When you complete on the sale of your current home and purchase at Meadow View, Pallant Homes will pay your estate agent fees

-  You move into your brand new home at Meadow View !
