What is Flexi Boost?

Persimmon know that everyone has a different route to home ownership, with different needs along the way.  That's why Persimmon have launched Flexi Boost, a set of great offers that can be tailored to you and your situation.  Taking your first step on the ladder and need that little bit extra to get you moving?  Flexi Boost offers low deposit solutions.  Or perhaps you are interested in discounts on those practical touches to your new home like carpets and appliances.  Speak to us about Flexi Boost and we might be able to help.

Need help with your deposit?

Are you currently saving a deposit to buy your first home?  Persimmon might be able to support you with low deposit options such as Deposit Boost.  Ask about Flexi Boost to get moving quicker.

Deposit Boost

With Deposit Boost we could help you borrow less and secure a more competitive mortgage rate on your first home.  If you've saved a 10% deposit for a Persimmon home, we could boost it by providing an additional 5%, giving you a total deposit of 15%.

How does it work?

For example, if the home you wanted to buy was £200,000 you would need to have a deposit of at least £20,000 (10%).  Using Deposit Boost, Persimmon could add an additional £10,000 (5% of the sale price), giving you a total deposit of 15% meaning you would only need to borrow 85%.

With a larger deposit, you won't need to borrow as much from a mortgage lender and you might be able to secure a more favourable rate.

Part Exchange
