New baby receives warm welcome at Priors Orchard

Just six weeks after buying their first home together at Priors Orchard in Southbourne, Roisin MacDonagh and Scott Dormer welcomed their baby son, Rafferty.

Good news for first time buyers

There's a new 'First Homes' Government backed scheme on the horizon.

'First Homes' is designed to help local first time buyers and key workers onto the property ladder close to where they live and work.  Homes are discounted by at least 30% compared to market prices and the discounts will apply every time these properties are sold on.  You'll need at least 5% of the discounted purchase price as a deposit and as with Help to Buy, there are certain eligibility criteria, such as it must be your main home.

Behind the scenes at Simply New Homes

Meet Francesca, our new homes marketing assistant.

Having just achieved her City & Guilds Level 3 Digital Market Apprenticeship through Chichester College, she's always full of ideas about how to bring you high quality marketing for our latest new homes.

Francesca's been with Henry Adams for 3 years and is in charge of all our digital marketing at Simply New Homes at Henry Adams.  She's also behind the organisation of our email campaigns, brochures, digital window displays and signage.  So while you may not see Francesca, you'll probably have seen some of her work.  We love having her as part of our busy new homes team!
