The Government Help to Buy Scheme has changed.
The new Government Help to Buy scheme in England is now open.
The new scheme is open to FIRST TIME BUYERS ONLY and will affect all home completions from 1st April 2021 onwards. With the new scheme comes new price caps for each region of the UK. For the South East the cap is £437,600.
