What is the Key Worker Deposit Contribution Scheme ?

With the scheme, for every £20,000 spent on the purchase price of a brand new Barratt David Wilson home, they will contribute £1,000 towards your deposit.

Here's an example of how it works:-

For a home costing £325,000, you would qualify for a contribution of £16,250.

• Are there any restrictions on the type of property that can be purchased with the discount?   There is no price limit on the property you could buy, as long as you're eligible for the scheme - speak to the Sales Advisor at your chosen development
• Is there a maximum income limit for Key Workers to be eligible for the discount? No, there is no maximum income limit, you just need to meet the eligibility criteria for the scheme.
• Who is eligible? If you are currently employed by one of the following bodies/institutions, you may be eligible for the scheme, speak to the Sales Advisor at your chosen development.
