Young family finds the perfect new home at Potters Gate, Clay Lane, Chichester

When Hayley Lawrance and Thomas Bayley noticed that construction work was starting on the new homes at Potters Gate, they decided to investigate.  "We were living around the corner still on Clay Lane and we didn't want to move out of Chichester and Fishbourne because it's so close to family and friends" said Hayley, "and especially as I'd like my child to go to Fishbourne School".

The couple liked everything they saw from Crayfern Homes at Potters Gate, so before long they had chosen the home they wanted and reserved it off plan at an early stage of construction.  For some that might be a bit nerve-wracking but not for Thomas and Hayley:  "We had bought our last house off plan too and that paid off so we were happy to do it again.  We looked at all the plans and specification in detail and just went for it !  Although we didn't know anything about Crayfern Homes beforehand, we have been very happy with them" said Hayley.

"Our home was the only 3 bed detached available at Potters Gate.  I love the kitchen, it's such a big sociable space and we were also impressed with the size of our new garden".

The family still had to sell their previous home but worked closely with Henry Adams in Chichester who soon came up with an investment buyer, meaning that the purchase went through quickly and smoothly.  That meant that Thomas and Hayley were able to move to their new home once it was ready.
